TXT InfraWise, a company of the TXT Group, is looking for a Project Manager Advanced or Specialist profile.

The resource will join teams working on national and international projects, collaborating with development, business, and technical stakeholders in Agile and multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

Project Manager Advanced

• Support project planning and coordination activities, defining objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, update tracking tools, and prepare reporting.
• Operationally coordinate clients, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Identify risks and issues, contributing to the definition of corrective actions.
• Manage project documentation (plans, status reports, meeting minutes, change requests, testing, and acceptance activities).

Project Manager Specialist

In addition to the above:

• Independently manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring time, cost, quality, and priority targets are met.
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, handling progress tracking, risks, and escalations.

Essential Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Understanding of Project Management principles.
• Familiarity with project tracking tools (and reporting/analysis tools for the Specialist profile).
• Good command of the English language.
• Willingness to undertake short business trips in Italy and abroad.

Plus

• Experience in managing IT/IoT projects or software platform implementation projects.
• PMP and/or Scrum Master certifications.

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, quality orientation, and teamwork attitude complete the profile.

Education

• Advanced: Bachelor's degree.
• Specialist: Master's degree.
• A degree in Engineering or Economics is considered a plus.

Salary range

• Project Manager Advanced: €34,000 - €40,000
• Project Manager Specialist: €41,000 - €50,000
