Strategic Project Manager Operations (m/f/x)

Your responsibilities

• Management, control and implementation of international, strategic projects in the area of operations (production, procurement, logistics, engineering) with an interdisciplinary character
• Development of analyses, concepts and implementation plans as well as their implementation in the organisation
• Close cooperation as well as coordination with internal stakeholders for strategic projects
• Increasing effectiveness and efficiency through active further development (change management, restructuring) of the operations areas and our international production network
• Process optimisation along the entire value chain
• Preparation of decision papers and presentations for top management and the executive board

Your profile

• Degree in in business administration or a technical subject
• Several years of professional experience in operations project management or consulting in an international industrial company or a management consultancy
• Sound experience in cross-functional project management including agile working methods such as Scrum, SAFe, etc.
• Experienced in building internal and external stakeholder relationships
• Confident working with MS Office
• Business fluent in English and good German
• Willingness to travel (mostly regional)
• Independent and dynamic team player with strong intercultural skills and strategic and entrepreneurial understanding
• Strong communication and implementation skills as well as presentation confidence
