Connectivity Design and Build Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to own software solution architecture across multiple architecture categories and ensure its alignment with enterprise and data architecture standards. Each day, you will be responsible for the design and build, integrity, and quality of an Information Systems (IS) solution and associated IS services delivered to business. You will also showcase your expertise by consulting, advising, and supporting on the installation of new IS solutions/services, or changing existing IS solutions/services. The work model for the role is: #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the IS Services business area in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. You will be mainly accountable for: • Defines the technical IS solution and ensures alignment with other modules and surrounding IS applications/systems through cooperation and collaboration across IS solution architects and IS delivery units. • Engages in requirement engineering to decide which requirements are covered by available standard functionalities, for which functionalities enhancements are needed and for which functionalities workarounds are accepted. • Supports validation and prioritization of incoming business demand in collaboration with the relevant IS Service Manager and/or Global IS Do-main Architect. • Review and sign off the functional and technical use case specifications. • Collaborates with users in projects and problem management to maintain, develop and deploy the best feasible and most cost-efficient Connectivity solutions/services for the business. • Ensures required artefacts are created to describe the operating procedures.

Qualifications for the role

• +8 years of experience creating solution designs and leading implementation teams
• Proven track record of technical background in computer networks design, development, and implementation
• Industry recognizable certificates in Computer Networks area is a must
• Ability to consult service line management with technical advice
• Ability to direct and to drive an external/vendor team of experts
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple simultaneous deliverables
• Understanding of project and product management
• Fluent spoken and written English
