Your role and responsibilities
We are seeking a motivated and analytical student to join our team as a Business Analyst. This part-time role is ideal for a current student eager to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges. The successful candidate will focus on the hydrogen electrolysis segment, gaining hands-on experience in market analysis, political landscaping and competitive positioning to support our strategic initiatives. We are looking for someone with curiosity, a willingness to learn, and an ambition to develop their skills in these areas. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid (For the office portion, the position will in Baden City as of March 2025.) This role is contributing to the Process Industries division in Switzerland. You will be mainly accountable for: • Conduct comprehensive market analysis in the hydrogen electrolysis segment, including supply and demand scenarios, key players, investment activities, and governmental schemes. • Analyze public funding, incentives, and subsidies available for hydrogen electrolysis projects. • Perform competitive landscaping to identify market gaps and analyze competition, determining what competitors are not doing. • Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations based on market and competitive analyses.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Political Science, Interdisciplinary Studies.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerBI or similar data visualization tools.
- Open-minded with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Enjoys networking, connecting with people, and has a curious mindset.
