About the Role:

Kariera Group recruitment services are seeking a Project Controls Director – Infrastructure  to join a leading Global consultancy . This role is to be based in our client’s office in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.

The role is to work on a mega mixed use infrastructure project , with the scope of work being heavy civil (roads , bridges and Utilities).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the project controls team.
  • Develop and implement the project controls execution strategy to achieve the contract requirements.
  • Developing project controls standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordination with program management team on all aspects of project controls.
  • Establishing and managing the WBS and project master schedule.
  • Establishing and managing the CBS, budget, and project cost control.
  • Establishing and managing the risk management plan.
  • Establishing and managing document control.
  • Establishing and managing change control.
  • Progress, cost and risk monitoring and analysis.
  • Provide monthly and weekly reports.
  • Preparing and making presentations.

Requirements:

  • BSc construction management, engineering, architecture, or equivalent experience.
  • Solid overall experience within Project Controls Management
  • Prior Project Controls Director position held
  • Middle East work experience
  • Required professional memberships and charterships required MRICS or MCIOB required.
  • Sound knowledge of all engineering and commercial aspects of major civil and infrastructure projects including roads, bridges, and utilities.
  • Excellent knowledge of CPM networks, resource and cost loading and risk management techniques.

 

  • Ability to effectively monitor and analyse progress, cost, and risks, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Experienced user of MS Office and Primavera
  • Previous experience in the Middle East is advantageous
  • Excellent report writing skills.
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken.
