Airswift is looking for a Business Analyst to work with a major LNG Client in Houston, for an initial 1-year assignment.

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive process improvements, implement safety solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in the oil and gas sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience optimizing business processes, implementing applications, and enhancing HSE performance through technology and risk management frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document and optimize business processes, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• Gather and analyze requirements from stakeholders to enhance HSE operations.
• Lead the implementation of 2-3 applications/solutions focused on assurance, auditing, process safety, or general HSE.
• Drive improvements in Process Safety, including Assurance, PHA Risk Analysis, Operations Risk, MOC, and Auditing.
• Oversee Incident Management initiatives, including near-miss reporting and system implementation.
• Collaborate with PMO, IT, and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration of HSE solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and corporate safety policies.
• Provide expertise in risk assessment tools and methodologies to enhance safety performance.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in process optimization and business process documentation.
• Strong background in implementing applications/solutions within the oil and gas industry, specifically in assurance, auditing, and process safety.
• Minimum of 1-3 solid projects in EHS/HSE with a focus on Process Safety.
• Experience in Operations Risk Management, MOC, Auditing, and Incident Management.
• Ability to work collaboratively with PMO, IT, and Operations teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards in HSE.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Process Safety Management (PSM) or related HSE disciplines.
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives in HSE.
• Familiarity with risk analysis tools and incident investigation frameworks.
