As a Logistics Analyst, you will collaborate with the Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) and Freight Audit and Payment (FAP) teams to support the enterprise logistics programs in Europe and related processes. Also, you will be responsible for understanding key business processes, the system solutions supporting those processes, and audit and payment of transportation billing globally, with a primary focus on Europe.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Perform configuration and programming set-up to troubleshoot issues in Oracle Transportation Management tool.
  • Manage the Program Operations Help Desk and provide daily logistics support globally for Emerson and Non-Emerson users.
  • Conduct Spot Bids for overweight, dimensionally oversized and project cargo freight for Air mode.
  • Support the audit and invoice resolution process and reduce billing errors through corrective actions with mode team representatives and carriers.
  • Ensure compliance with internal accounting practices including industry and legal requirements and standards

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or any related discipline
  • Previous relevant experience in logistics, supply chain environment, audit and payment processes or closely related business management.
  • Understanding of basic concepts of supply chain, logistics or transportation terminology and processes.
  • English language proficiency (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  • Experience in a matrix organization.
  • Capacity for planning, organization and prioritization.
