Function description

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

• Ensure contractual requirements are clear for quality assurance and control.
• Promote quality awareness within the project team.
• Oversee subcontractor readiness reviews at sites or yards.
• Participate in HAZID and HAZOP project meetings.
• Ensure compliance with quality-related subcontractor documents.
• Forecast man-hours for the quality team.
• Manage non-conformances and allocate quality staff.
• Coordinate and ensure quality staff performance across all project sites.
• Implement QHSE improvement activities.
• Update procedures and ensure project personnel are informed about relevant VOMS procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment for quality staff.

Tasks:

• Advise tender teams on quality matters.
• Support project teams on QA/QC issues and prepare key QA documents.
• Manage periodic project quality reporting and initiate quality meetings.
• Conduct vendor audits and attend risk sessions.
• Review design packages and assist QC supervisors with subcontractor reviews.
• Coordinate inspections, maintain working files, and monitor quality staff performance.
• Provide input on quality-related issues and close out NCRs.

Requirements

• HBO technical degree
• Inspection experience
• NACE level 2 or 3, FROSIO 2 or 3, CSWIP 2 or 3 are a plus but not a deal breaker.

Because of the projects´ locations, the candidate must possess an EU citizenship.
