Position Title: Legal & Compliance Specialist

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) is required.

Master’s Degree (LLM or equivalent) is a strong advantage.

Compliance certifications (e.g., CCEP, ICA, etc.) are beneficial but not mandatory.
Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in the legal and compliance field, either in a law firm or corporate in-house setting.

Proven hands-on experience in key compliance areas, including:

Export Control and Sanctions
-
Competition Law
-
Data Protection (e.g., GDPR)
-
Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
-
Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC)
-
Whistleblowing and Ethics Programs
-
Key Responsibilities:
-
Draft, review, and implement compliance-related policies and procedures (e.g., Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, SpeakUp/Whistleblowing, Sanctions, etc.).

Conduct and manage internal compliance investigations, identify risks or control gaps, and propose actionable recommendations.

Deliver training sessions and awareness programs to promote a strong compliance culture—both virtually and via in-person presentations.

Serve as a subject matter expert on legal compliance topics, providing guidance to business units and senior stakeholders.

Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate compliance controls into operational processes.

Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations, assessing their impact on company policies and procedures.
