Initial duties would include support for the day-to-day legal and administrative tasks assigned by LSC Team Managers for one of these areas. The scope would be expected to expand to also include some or all of the following: Defining and managing contract risk profiles Generating contract reports and summaries as needed, and actively participating in post-award contract management, including drafting of amendments and managing contract expiry or cancellation; Creation and management of corporate entity documents, including board resolutions and meeting minutes, powers of attorney, and director and officer appointments; and Provision of training to internal stakeholders about contract, legal, and compliance standards and requirements. participate in Legal Department training and development initiatives and complete all assigned trainings; support implementation of workflows, processes, procedures, practices, guidelines, playbooks and templates. Degree in law or experience as a corporate administrator Must be fluent in English An academic/professional level of Arabic, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malay, Mandarin, Russian, Thai, Or Vietnamese is a plus. Sense of customer service, responsiveness, continuous improvement, and professionalism. Ability to proactively organize a heavy workload and demonstrate excellent analytical and organisational abilities. Good interpersonal skills, attention to detail, adaptability and a practical approach to problem-solving. Ability to communicate effectively and interact with, as well as support, effective partnerships with management, peers, and internal stakeholders. Cultural sensitivity, ability to compromise and demonstrate diplomacy, ability to listen and adapt, and ability to work within a team. Competent in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications.
