- Customer Contracts- Review and manage customer agreements.
- Supplier Contracts- Handle supplier contracts efficiently.
- Corporate Entity - Support corporate governance tasks.
- Compliance- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
Your Experience and Impact ☄️
- Support contracts drafting and review.
- Assist in compliance checks.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Research laws, regulations and policies.
- Contribute to process improvements.
- Prepare reports and legal documentation.
- Learn and apply legal best practices.
Academic background
Law student.
Additional Spark Skills
- English Level:B2 (you must communicate and provide services for our Hemisphere).
