The aim of this VIE mission is to p rovide expertise and support in the activities of the Legal, Insurance, and Guardianship Division, particularly in obtaining approvals from partners, shareholders, and administrative authorities for works, budgets, and other investment decisions.

As a Business Lawyer, the main responsabilities you will have will include :

- Monitor and negotiate contracts,

- Manage litigation and pre-litigation matters (judicial, administrative, contractual, and social),

- Provide legal advice to the various entities of the subsidiary,

- Manage relations with the Ministry of Hydrocarbons,

- Ensure regulatory compliance,

- Draft contracts,

- Offer legal assistance to other branches.

Candidate Profile

Ed ucation Required :

• Master's degree in Law (business law, commercial law)
• International study or internship experience appreciated

Technical Skills :

• Strong knowledge of Commercial Law
• Proficiency in drafting legal documents
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills

IT Skills :

• Comfortable with digital tools
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

Languages :

• English: B2 level
• French: C1/C2 level
