Job Description:
The role of Ethics & Compliance Planning and Performance Analyst is to monitor Mobility & Convenience, Americas' (M&CA) adherence to laws, regulations, and internal bp and customers & products (C&P) policies and procedures by tracking ethics and compliance metrics, conducting self-verification and developing performance reports/dashboards to identify risks and areas for improvement for M&CA.
This role reports to the M&CA Lead Ethics & Compliance Liaison (ECL) and is responsible for providing overall analytical and monitoring support to the M&CA Ethics and Compliance Concerns Management Specialist and Lead ECL M&CA for the purpose of reporting to M&CA leadership team, M&CA Ethics & Compliance Committee and also to the TLK Board (Retail only). This includes helping to research, identify, interpret, articulate and report on what Ethics & Compliance metrics mean, using both leading and lagging indicators.
Key accountabilities include investigating data non-compliance/non-conformance for M&CA to implement corrective and preventative measures for M&CA. Staying updated on external regulations and creating a culture of ethics is an important part of this role.
Shift time - 5.30 PM to 2.30 AM IST
Role Responsibilities -
1. Performance Indicator Analysis
2. Monitoring - Conduct monitoring activity (including real-time, where feasible from live online systems, programs and with available resources) for M&CA under the supervision of the M&CA Lead ECL.
3. Reporting- Produce regular monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reports and other information using data from numerous Ethics and Compliance and bp risk management or program tools as well as external sources of data where applicable) under the supervision of the M&CA Lead ECL
4. Record Retention- Maintain secure site to retain records and reports produced.
Experience- Proven ability of 3+ years of performance management and data analytics, preferably relating to ethics & compliance.

1. Performance Indicator Analysis
- Work closely and collaboratively with the M&CA Ethics and Compliance Concerns Management Specialist and M&CA Lead ECL to ensure conformance with Ethics and Compliance key performance indicators set by customers and products and group Ethics and Compliance and to align with the M&CA's 3 year North Star Plan.
- Independently review and analyze large quantities of structured and unstructured data (both internal and external) to identify trends, anomalies and areas of potential concern/interest for action by M&CA .
- Conduct real-time data analysis and Ethics and Compliance risk management assessment of M&CA data using online systems and programs including the Ethics and Compliance Data Portal and various power apps
- Conduct data integrity assurance and quality control of M&CA Ethics and Compliance data under the supervision of the M&A Lead ECL.
- May contribute to other data activities and requests outside of M&CA on an as-needed basis.
