In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Lead the Asia Pacific Regulatory Compliance function, including team development, strategy deployment, and program management and execution.
- Advise senior business leaders on APAC‑specific regulations and requirements (e.g., sanctions, anti‑corruption, trade controls, environmental compliance).
- Oversee regional compliance councils, annual site reviews, and audit activities to ensure alignment and timely remediation.
- Act as APAC's point of contact for regulatory inquiries, escalations, and government‑related matters.
- Support investigations of potential compliance violations and coordinate corrective actions.
- Partner with Legal, HR, Finance, and global compliance leaders to drive consistent adoption of policies, standards, and tools.
- Lead and contribute to cross‑functional compliance projects and strategic initiatives across the region.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in International Trade, Legal, Business, Finance or related field with relevancy to a compliance role
- 15+ years of direct experience in a multi-national Regulatory Compliance related field
- 7+ years direct experience supervising and leading people, projects and/or programs
- Ability to travel up to 25%+ for success in the role
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Working knowledge of product environmental compliance regulations, including REECH, RoHS and IECE
- Working knowledge of information governance regulations including data privacy and product cyber security
- Working knowledge of Anti-Corruption legislation and due diligence processes
- Experience working in region and with local regulatory authorities
- Working knowledge of JDE, Oracle, E2Open and TradeSphere Exporter
