We are looking for a Senior Contracts and Commercial Manager with the following details :

Location: BGC and remote with occasional site visits ( Isabela ) - Philippines

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 18 months

Working schedule : 6 days per week

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7-10 years' experience in contract administration and commercial management on infrastructure, energy, or EPC projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC contracting and claims processes.
• Experience working with Owner's Engineers and large contractors preferred

Position Purpose

• The Contracts & Commercial Manager is responsible for owner-side contract management, commercial control, and reporting for the Project.
• The role supports the Project Director in managing contractual compliance, variations, and commercial exposure under the EPC and Owner's Engineer contracts, while coordinating project reporting and governance requirements with the SPV and shareholders.
• This position is a management and oversight role and does not duplicate the responsibilities of the EPC Contractor or the Owner's Engineer.
