Role Summary -
The Ethics & Compliance Liaison - Concerns Management Specialist supports the M&C Americas E&C program by coordinating and managing local concerns for the M&C Americas US business. This role focuses on high volume intake, triage, documentation, and trend analysis across Code categories including Bullying, Harassment & Discrimination (BHD), conflicts of interest, fraud, and other compliance areas. The role works closely with the M&C Americas Lead ECL, VP E&C and Engagement M&C Americas, Business Integrity, Legal, and PC&C to ensure concerns are handled confidentially, objectively, and in accordance with bp's Code of Conduct.

Role Summary -
The Ethics & Compliance Liaison - Concerns Management Specialist supports the M&C Americas E&C program by coordinating and managing local concerns for the M&C Americas US business. This role focuses on high volume intake, triage, documentation, and trend analysis across Code categories including Bullying, Harassment & Discrimination (BHD), conflicts of interest, fraud, and other compliance areas. The role works closely with the M&C Americas Lead ECL, VP E&C and Engagement M&C Americas, Business Integrity, Legal, and PC&C to ensure concerns are handled confidentially, objectively, and in accordance with bp's Code of Conduct.
Role responsibilities
- Manage and document all concerns for M&C Americas US across BHD, fraud, conflicts and other Code area.
- Support high volume concerns operations (approx. 200 cases/month)
- Partner with Lead ECL, Business Integrity, Legal and PC&C on concern handling.
- Maintain confidentiality, independence, and accurate case documentation.
- Identify trends and emerging risks for proactive mitigation.
- Support awareness of bp's Code of Conduct and non retaliation expectations
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, HR, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of concerns management or E&C experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and sound judgement
- Analytical skills to identify patterns and assess risk
Core Competencies:
- Experience in PC&C or similar high volume concerns environments.
- Working knowledge of concerns systems or case management tools
