In this role, you will have the opportunity to drive excellence in ABB's statutory reporting end-to-end process. Each day, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and compliant statutory reporting across our global operations. You will showcase your expertise by maintaining high standards in financial compliance and contributing to the continuous improvement of statutory reporting processes.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is reporting to the Senior Project Manager in Łódź, Poland. Main stakeholders are internal finance teams, statutory compliance teams, and management responsible for financial reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Playing a supportive role in the preparation of statutory financial statements and audit processes
• Supporting Statutory Compliance Controllers in their daily tasks and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders involved in audit and financial statement preparation processes to resolve identified issues
• Providing technical support and participating in the automation and improvement of financial processes
• Assisting with data gathering, data entry, and basic financial analysis to ensure the integrity and accuracy of statutory financial statements

Qualifications:

• You are highly skilled in accounting, auditing, and financial statement preparation
• You enjoy working within the large international industrial sector
• You have at least 1 year of experience in accounting, auditing, financial statement preparation, or a similar finance function (ideally within a large international industrial group)
• You are highly adept in Onesource and Power BI software
• You possess knowledge of IFRS regulations and guidelines (nice to have)
• You have excellent project management and organizational skills
• You are passionate about ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting processes
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Informatics
• You are at ease communicating in English
