Job Description
As a NIS2 Compliance Project Manager, you will:

• Lead and coordinate NIS2 compliance initiatives across IT, security, and business functions.
• Translate regulatory requirements into structured project plans, timelines, and actionable workstreams.
• Drive execution of security, risk, and compliance programs aligned with NIS2 and related frameworks.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, delivery, and adherence to compliance objectives.
• Monitor and manage risks, dependencies, and escalations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate collaboration between IT, security, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and audit-related activities.
• Ensure accurate documentation, compliance tracking, and reporting standards are maintained.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Drive a results-oriented approach with focus on timely delivery and accountability.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven experience in IT project management or program management roles.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives in complex enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience with security, risk, and compliance frameworks (NIS2, ISO 27001, NIST).
• Familiarity with governance models, audit processes, and reporting frameworks.
• Experience working with stakeholders across IT, security, and business domains.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security, compliance, and collaboration capabilities.
• Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Experience working in large, international environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Manage and align stakeholders across multiple domains and organizational levels.
