• Provide sound legal opinion on complex issues related to environmental projects
• Contract Management
• Compliance, monitor changes in relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in legal studies
• Proved experience in FIDIC conditions of contract and HG 1/2018
• Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail
• Client-focused: Excellent client relationship management and strong negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Excellent knowledge of Romanian law in construction field
