We are looking for a Claims Manager with the following details :

Location : Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Job Requirements :

1. EPC Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Mega Project experience ($1Bln +).
2. Minimum 10 years hands-on EPC Claims management experience (Major Contractor or Operator).
3. Extensive knowledge of FIDIC based contracts.
4. Track record of defending high value claims, including ability to compile counter-claims.
5. A self-starter who can collect all required information from the project team, organize it and create persuasive contractual arguments in a written document.
6. Familiarity with Extension Of Time entitlement and an understanding of critical path analysis.
7. Articulate in both written and verbal English. Team player
