Location: Mount Pearl, NFL – Local candidates only
Duration: Minimum 6 months, with potential for extension
Work Hours: Regular (Mon-Fri, 5/2), with overtime and weekend availability
Rate: Competitive
Start Date: ASAP (ideally with a start date by January 20th)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general warehouse duties, including cycle counting, getting parts ready for use, and loading/unloading trucks.
• Accurately process SAP transactions related to materials (good receipts), and collaborate with the logistics team to manage inventory.
• Liaise with the logistics team to send tools for crating, issue Purchasing Requisitions, and handle local logistics customer interactions.
• Ensure accurate material tracking, storage, and movement within the warehouse.
• Issue materials to trades as needed and assist with material picking, staging, and inventory management.
• Assist with front desk counter duties as required.
• Driving forklift and overhead lift.

Qualifications:

• Familiarity with SAP and Excel.
• Certification for forklift and overhead lift operation.
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in a warehouse or procurement role, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Ability to work regular hours with potential for overtime and weekend work.
• Valid driver's license and safety certifications.
• Must be based in Mount Pearl or surrounding area (local candidates only).

Additional Notes:

• Training on forklift and overhead lift can be provided for the right candidate.
