Job Description Summary:

• Operates the coating booth applying thermal spray to complex gas turbine components per OEM drawings while maintaining safety as the top priority.
• Performs quality inspections throughout the coating process meeting all engineering requirements to maintain the highest quality standards.
• Ability to edit and write programs from scratch using FANUC programing.

Responsibilities:

• Exceptional coating/mechanical background.
• Require ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and other material moving equipment.
• Superior knowledge of coating operations, coating equipment, fixtures, and parameters for the coating process.
• Ability to work with no supervision and instruction.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent diploma. 8 years’ experience.
