Position Title: Logistics Coordinator (Offshore)

Location: Doha, Qatar

Role Purpose:

Coordinate and execute all offshore and subsea logistics activities related to marine inspections, mobilization, and installation operations for offshore capital projects. Serve as a key interface among project teams, internal departments, stakeholders, and external entities to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Accountabilities:

• Plan and manage logistics operations supporting offshore project execution.
• Coordinate marine inspections, vessel mobilization, transportation, and offshore installation activities.
• Ensure logistics operations are executed in compliance with project schedules, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as a logistics focal point between project working groups, departments, and external stakeholders including JV partners and contractors.
• Provide support to the Head of Commissioning and Logistics when required.
• Maintain accurate records of offshore logistics operations and ensure documentation is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Contribute to risk assessments and safety compliance in logistics activities.
• Oversee and coordinate activities of logistics contractors and offshore service providers.
• Support interface coordination for marine operations among project teams and departments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) and/or Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in logistics management and coordination for offshore capital projects.
• Demonstrated capability to manage marine and subsea logistics across multiple project phases.
• Experience working with multi-national and multi-cultural contractor workforces.
• Proven team coordination and leadership capabilities.
