OFFICE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain an efficient electronic filing system
Prepare and submit Mfg. reports
Provide general support to visitors
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Research Mfg. related information and create presentations and/or reports
Handle multiple projects
Carry out support duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Book conference calls, rooms, and meetings
Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Take accurate minutes of meetings
Greet and assist site visitors to the office
Provide polite and professional communication
Mfg. Inventory Control and Office Supplies
 
MANUFACTURING FLOOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate Forklift - moving spools of rope around
Inventory Control - Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
