Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. Join ABB and lead a small, dedicated team delivering exceptional warehouse and logistics services. You'll ensure the efficient, safe, and timely receipt and dispatch of products while driving continuous improvement across operations. This is your opportunity to showcase your expertise, optimize processes, and make a tangible difference every day.

Work model: Onsite #LI-Onsite

• Supervise and assist in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
• Optimize warehouse capacity, inventory, and floor utilization.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and facilities; recommend technical improvements.
• Conduct periodic stock takes and cycle counting to ensure stock accuracy.

Qualifications for the Role

• Experience in warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
• Skilled in warehouse equipment and software, with strong logistics knowledge.
• Current forklift and reach truck licenses valid in New Zealand.
• Strong commitment to Health and Safety.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated track record in continuous improvement and operational excellence.
