  • Manage projects according to the agreed implementation plan; track, monitor and report on progress with clear visibility of status, risks and decisions required
  • Work closely with the Delivery Lead or Programme Manager, divisional teams, and sub-region teams to ensure alignment and coordinated execution
  • Establish pragmatic cross-functional project cadence such as structured project reviews and SteerCo forums
  • Guide teams in delivering intended benefits and ensure outputs meet project requirements
  • Drive consistent use of tools, templates and best practice across projects
  • Identify opportunities to improve how the function executes and governs projects, contributing to the ongoing maturity of the Delivery Framework

About You
  • Masters` degree or equivalent work experience, preferably with business and technical background
  • Strong project management experience, ideally within Supply Chain & Operations
  • Excellent knowledge of project management approaches such as Prince 2
  • Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and operate effectively in a complex, multinational matrix environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including preparation of senior-level governance packs and decision materials
  • Strong planning, organisational and problem-solving skills with experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and timelines
  • Commercially aware, with experience supporting cost, benefit and financial tracking
  • Proficiency in MS office, MS teams; Power BI and Thinkcell preferred
  • Positive, resilient and delivery-oriented approach
