Logistics / Warehouse 3. JOB PURPOSE: Plan:
coordinate and supervise the movement of interfiled personnel and materials for all offshore locations using Company's Aviation and Marine resources. To ensure most effective utilization method of transportation, to ensure that these activities are carried out safely and efficiently meeting management expectations.
4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Job Specific Accountabilities
Plan methods of transportation that most effectively utilize available marine and aviation resources.
Supervise flights schedules and passenger infield movement plan as per operation requirements and ensure it is implemented by assigned personnel / service providers and monitor flight operations closely in line with operational requirements to avoid delays.
Controls the passenger's in-field movement operation and determine priorities and abnormal situations requirement and coordinated with all users to meet extra requirements such as urgent freight/materials.
Supervises performance assigned to team and contracted personnel involved in aviation and marine movements and monitor movement of passengers / frights activities and maintains good controls on flight optimization, movement data records for helicopters and marine movements on daily basis.
Ensures all guidelines and operation instructions are fully met by subordinates, service providers and passengers and amend them when necessary.
Establish clear work methods and organize equipment movement, control and distribution for respective locations compatible with the established standard and procedures to fall in line with requirements.
Ensure that the safety aspects related to embarking and disembarking passengers are always observed, and the safe operation of the boat landing and helipad / helideck landing areas.
Supervise and coordinates in-field crew/utility service vessels including planning and coordination with concerned users
Coordinate the receipt, dispatch, checking, temporary storage and forwarding of all incoming and outgoing sea and air freight, materials and spare parts.
Carry out other similar or related duties such as supervising the general maintenance and upkeep of the helipads and the boat loading areas.
Ensure supervisors are adequality allocated and utilized across the in-field operations.
Managing and continuous follow-up with in-field locations for all jet fuel requirements.

Plan, supervise and coordinate all activities in the assigned area to meet functional objectives.
Train and develop the assigned staff on relevant skills to enable them to become proficient on the job and deliver the respective section objectives
Budgets
Provide input for preparation of the Section / Department budgets and assist in the implementation of the approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.
Investigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures
Implement approved Section / Department policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the Section's / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards.
Performance Management
Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Section / Department in line with the Company Performance framework
Innovation and Continuous Improvement
Design and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.
Identify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function
Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability
Comply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.
Reports
Provide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.
5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal
VP, Managers and TL from Logistics, Procurement, Drilling & HSE and other relevant representatives from the company's Business Units.
External
Market providers of logistics services, to develop work relationships.
ADNOC Group and other Companies looking at the supply chain and its opportunities to create link
6. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Minimum Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Aviation, Marine, Logistics discipline or equivalent.
Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills
8-9 years of experience of similar air traffic operations preferably within oil & gas company.
Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Applications.
Good knowledge of English and Arabic languages.
