In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Complete the corresponding compliance checks in accordance with international trade regulations to confirm the order and logistics information.
  • Be responsible for the arrangement of production plans and the shipment of products.
  • Be responsible for improving OTD and reducing the number of delayed shipments.
  • Arrange shipments in a timely manner, determine the most optimized transportation method, and reduce costs.
  • Maintain the ERP system to ensure that the accounts match the physical inventory.
  • Complete the packaging in a timely manner according to the requirements of the system ERP. The weight and size of the packaging entered in the system should be consistent with the actual product.
  • Check the packaging and shipping order, package and ship according to priority, and ensure that the logistics and documents match.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• College degree or above, or rich experience in logistics warehouses.
  • Good English reading and writing skills.
  • Proficient in using Office software, especially Excel.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Logistics experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written english, able to read and translate english document.
  • Good computer operation, communication skills.
