In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Participate in the company's L1 and L2 level product technical training, master the basic principles of the products and pass the assessment.
  • Study the product operation manual, be able to operate the products proficiently, master the setting of key product parameters, and pass the assessment.
  • Study the product design principles, understand the mechanical structure principles, electrical schematic diagrams, and electronic circuit schematic diagrams of the products, master the use of design software, and pass the assessment.
  • Master the product manufacturing process, participate in workshop assembly process training, understand key quality characteristics, be able to disassemble and debug products proficiently and accurately, and pass the assessment.
  • Learn product application debugging, be familiar with equipment parameters and application technology elements that affect the welding effect of customers, learn debugging experience for different welding problems and mold design modification experience, and pass the assessment.
  • Participate in customer after-sales problem diagnosis and be able to independently output problem analysis reports.
  • Compile and edit typical after-sales case materials and manage the after-sales case database.
  • Compile after-sales service training materials and provide training to on-site after-sales engineers and customers.
  • For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechatronics or Automation
  • Excellent academic performance in professional courses, with priority given to those with awards in professional competitions.
  • English proficiency at CET-4 level or above
  • Professional skills required:
  • Strong continuous learning ability
  • Passionate about technical work, with technical research as a career development direction
  • Pragmatic, proactive, and responsible
  • Strong logical thinking ability, with clear and organized problem-solving skills
  • Basic English reading and writing skills, and fluent spoken English
  • Proficient in using mechanical, electrical, and electronic professional software
