About the Job :

As a Transport & Logistics Execution Manager, you will be the driving force behind developing and executing a world-class logistics organization within Technip Energies Operating Center. You will be leading execution section and oversee all logistics and transport activities, ensuring seamless operations, regulatory compliance, and optimal cost management across the projects in Paris Operating Center, while maintaining the highest safety standards.

What Youll Do:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of a shared logistics service supporting multiple projects.
• Manage a regional team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, from project managers to engineering and procurement teams, and external partners including freight forwarders and government agencies.
• Drive operational efficiency, cost savings, and process automation through innovative solutions and IT tools.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, internal processes, and safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and negotiate effectively to optimize service quality and costs.
• Support project teams with strategic logistics planning and resource allocation
• Monitor the execution of all projects at high level and support execution teams on projects as required.

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Approximatively 10-15 years experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport management, ideally within complex project environments.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and developing talent.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
