Finance Manager
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead the local finance function for a well‑established international organisation. This role covers financial control, statutory and group reporting, tax compliance, and team leadership, with close collaboration across the business.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations including AP, AR, GL, and tax
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial controls
• Prepare monthly management and group reporting in line with IFRS
• Ensure compliance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and tax regulations
• Coordinate year‑end close and work with external auditors
• Prepare statutory financial statements and audit packages
• Lead, coach, and develop the finance team
• Support management with financial analysis and business insights

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance, including team leadership
• Strong knowledge of VAS, tax, and IFRS reporting
• Solid understanding of financial control, reporting, and analysis
• ERP system experience (SAP or similar) is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills, hands‑on mindset, and ability to work independently
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across functions
