This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Warehouse assistant to join our Iraq Business Unit.

Job Objectives:
  • Receive, unpack and store incoming materials and equipment.
  • Prepare and pack items for dispatch to field teams.
  • Move items within the warehouse using forklifts. Forklift driving license is required.
  • Assist in counting and recording stock levels.
  • Label and organize items for easy identification and retrieval.
  • Help with periodic stock audits and inventory reconciliation.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
  • Issue and collect tools and equipment used by technicians.
  • Check tools for damage or wear before and after use.
  • Assist in updating inventory systems (CMMS).
  • Report any discrepancies or damaged items to the warehouse supervisor.


QUALIFICATIONS

Expected:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years' experience in warehouse/storekeeping in industrial, construction, or O&M environments.
  • Experience handling tools, materials, and spare parts.
  • Experience operating forklifts and performing stock counting.
  • Valid forklift operator license (mandatory).
  • Basic HSE induction, manual handling, and fire safety training.
  • Ability to read, write and update stock records, labels, and CMMS entries.
  • Receiving, storing, and issuing materials and tools.
  • Tool inspection for damage/wear.
  • Labeling, organizing, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
