Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Apodaca, Nuevo León .

This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Apodaca, Nuevo León .
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Project Management by Kanban Boards and planners according continuous improvement guidelines
- U pdate, Monitoring & Analyze Warehouse Indicators to develop action plans by RCA looking for process improvement, wastes reduction, work balance & get a better service level
- Support the introduction of new parts into the PFEP, validating compatibility with Lean flow principles, ergonomics, and line-side efficiency.
- Contribute with team to defining standardized material handling flow and methods for each SKU based on consumption patterns.
- Document new processes, identify bottlenecks, and support design of TO‑BE optimized workflows.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
- Active Students in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics or Supply Chain Management with time availability M-F 7 am - 4:30 pm - Graduation Dec 2026-Dec 2027.
- Knowledge or interest in Lean Manufacturing, Pull systems, and Kanban logistics.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and process-oriented thinking.
- You are passionate about Leadership, Teamwork and Decision-making.
- Intermediate Excel skills and fundamental Power BI knowledge.
- Proactive identification of improvement opportunities.
- You are at ease communicating in English language (advanced level).
