TotalEnergies EP Malaysia is seeking a driven and analytical Logistics Methods Engineer to shape, optimise, and standardise logistics processes across our end - to - end operations. This role is central to elevating logistics performance across Marine, Aviation, Land Transport, Material Management, Supply Base, Freight Forwarding and Lifting Operations.

Activities

Your Impact

In this role, you will help design and implement TotalEnergies-compliant logistics methods and standards, supporting operational excellence and safe, reliable logistics execution.

You will:

• Develop standardised logistics methods, procedures, and operational philosophies across Marine, Aviation, Land Transport, Material Management and Lifting.
• Support Integrated Operations Planning (IOP), demand planning and logistics engineering studies.
• Lead data-driven improvements through KPIs, dashboards, analytics and digital tools.
• Oversee logistics systems, software integration and ensure data integrity across platforms.
• Support contract management activities, performance tracking and documentation updates.
• Contribute to audits, governance, change management and cross - discipline collaboration.

Candidate Profile

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Marine Engineering, Supply Chain, Aviation or related field, with minimum five years' oil & gas, offshore or shipping logistics experience.
• Strong knowledge of offshore logistics, marine/aviation operations, lifting, material management and multi - discipline logistics workflows.
• Experience in method development, process optimisation, procedure writing and operational standardisation.
• Competence in digital tools, dashboards, KPI management, and logistics system integration.
• Experience supporting logistics contracts, financial tracking, and compliance.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication and ability to work across fast - paced, cross - functional environments.
