Logistics / WarehouseWe are looking for a Warehouse Keeper to join our team in Seregno. In this role, you will support the daily operations of our consolidation warehouse, ensuring accurate receiving, material handling, ERP updates, and the timely preparation of assembly kits for the Assembly and Production departments. You will work with materials from multiple Emerson Business Units (PSS, valves, regulators, and others), so the ability to learn quickly and manage a diverse product range is essential.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Receive couriers and unload incoming materials, ensuring proper identification and verification against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Record all warehouse transactions in the ERP system (Oracle or SAP) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Sort, store, and organize components from multiple Business Units, maintaining high inventory accuracy.
- Check material availability, identify missing components, and communicate shortages proactively.
- Prepare assembly kits according to packing lists and production priorities, ensuring completeness and correct documentation.
- Perform IMC Kanban activities and support continuous material flow to the Assembly Department.
- Collaborate closely with Order Administration, Production, and the Team Leader to align daily operational priorities.
- Support issue resolution related to receiving discrepancies, kitting errors, or inventory mismatches.
- Follow all environmental, health, and safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7+ years of experience in warehouse operations within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP) and basic-intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to safely carry out the physical aspects of warehouse work.
- Good level of Italian; English at B1 level is helpful
- Forklift certification is not required at hire, but willingness to obtain certification through company training is expected.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, or Industrial Automation sectors.
- Background in multi-Business Unit warehouses or consolidation hubs.
- Familiarity with kitting processes, inventory accuracy practices, and IMC Kanban.
- Ability to identify and handle materials from diverse product families.
