Activities

HSE & Compliance

  • Support preparation and implementation of logistics HSE action plans and bridging documents.
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with Company Logistics & Support to Operations & QHSE standards.
  • Assist with deviation/derogation preparation and follow up.

Methods, Procedures & Documentation

  • Assist in developing and updating logistics procedures (CMS) in line with TotalEnergies' referential and regulations.
  • Maintain logistics documentation, shared folders, and process libraries.
  • Provide input to logistics referential changes and continuous improvement initiatives.

Freight Forwarding & Administrative Logistics Support

  • Support monitoring and coordination of freight forwarding activities across exploration, appraisal, and development.
  • Assist with administrative interactions with authorities for permits, duties, exemptions, and logistics related authorizations.

Contracts & Procurement Support

  • Contribute to drafting Scopes of Work for logistics contracts.
  • Participate in logistics call for tender processes and assist with contract implementation follow up.
  • Support performance and compliance monitoring of logistics service providers.

Reporting, KPIs & Tools

  • Assist in developing KPIs and dashboards for logistics activities.
  • Prepare weekly logistics reports and local content reporting.
  • Support deployment of digital tools to optimize logistics operations.

Budgets & Performance

  • Assist in preparation and monitoring of the Logistics Department budget across operated blocks.
  • Support cost control activities and collaboration with Finance and Contracts & Procurement.

GranMorgu B58 Project Support

  • Contribute to logistics strategy and contract sourcing efforts with project package teams.

  • Assist during tender evaluation and negotiation phases.
  • Support action plan follow up (audits, readiness reviews, project logistics tasks).

Candidate Profile

Education

  • Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and Freight Forwarding.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel and PowerPoint mandatory).
  • Knowledge of logistics operations (marine, aviation, base, freight forwarding, materials).
  • Familiarity with HSE principles and logistics-related compliance.
  • Understanding of C&P processes and logistics referential management.
  • Ability to work with KPIs, reporting tools, dashboards, and digital logistics solutions.
  • SAP experience is an advantage.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Analytical, structured, and detail oriented.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach.

Languages

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (required)
  • French language skills are an advantage.

Additional Information

  • Support ongoing logistics HSE planning and contribute to maintaining compliance across daily operations.
  • Assist in updating procedures, manuals, and internal documentation to keep logistics methods current and well - structured.
  • Provide coordination support for freight movements and handle associated administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate required interactions with authorities for exemptions, permits, and other logistics - related approvals.
  • Contribute inputs for Scopes of Work and assist during logistics tendering processes.
  • Monitor service provider performance to ensure contract expectations and operational standards are met.
  • Compile operational data and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and routine departmental reports.
  • Support inventory and stock control activities within UNISOL.
  • Assist in implementing new tools, processes, and improvements across logistics workflows.
  • Contribute to budget preparation and cost - tracking activities for logistics operations.
  • Provide logistics - related support to project teams throughout preparation, tendering, and execution phases.
