Your Role

The resource, in the role of Warehouse Project Specialist, will be placed within the Supply Chain Department and will be responsible for coordinating inbound logistics flows and the internal movement of materials between warehouses, plants, and production areas, ensuring operational continuity and efficiency. They will also play an active role in the development and implementation of projects aimed at improving warehouse processes and internal logistics, collaborating with various company functions such as Production, Purchasing, Continuous Improvement, Technical Office, and Quality.

Task & Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, allocation, picking & packing) to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support and coordinate logistics flow optimization projects (layout optimization, process review, WMS tuning, digitalization).
• Define, monitor, and analyze logistics and warehouse KPIs, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
• Support activities aimed at improving stock accuracy (ABC analysis, reduction of inventory errors, etc.).
• Prepare structured reports and data analyses to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• Support the implementation of Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that projects are implemented in compliance with timelines, budgets, and safety regulations.
Liaise with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders during the various project phases.

Your Profile

Skills & Competencies

• In-depth knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, goods allocation, picking & packing, and cross-docking.
• Knowledge of stock accuracy methodologies and ABC analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and related methodologies.
• Knowledge of logistics planning and management (layout optimization, WMS tuning, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of the Office 365 suite, particularly advanced Excel, as well as Power Query and Power BI.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as AS400 and/or SAP or similar is preferred (considered a plus).
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Results-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
Strong time management skills and ability to manage priorities effectively.

Required experience
At least 3 years of previous experience in roles related to logistics, warehouse operations, or planning, preferably within multinational and manufacturing environments.
Required Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
