As a Customs & Logistics Intern, you will support a broad range of activities within the Logistics team. You will follow established processes and help ensure compliance with internal company procedures and external customs regulations.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Support the Logistics team in day-to-day operational tasks
  • Communicate with carriers, customs agencies, and business partners (by email and phone)
  • Handle the formal processing of outgoing shipments, including preparation and verification of shipping documents
  • Complete missing information in customs documentation, ensuring its accuracy and completeness
  • Support compliance of logistics processes with customs regulations and internal company procedures

Required Qualifications
  • University degree in Logistics or a related field, or current student of part-time studies in a related area
  • English language skills enabling confident written and verbal communication
  • Basic knowledge of import and export customs procedures and INCOTERMS
  • Good time management, accuracy, and attention to detail when working with documents
  • Confident communication skills via email, phone, and MS Teams, and willingness to cooperate with various stakeholders

  • Availability for a 6-month internship
  • Willingness to learn and interest in logistics and customs procedures
  • Proactive attitude and readiness to take ownership of assigned tasks and suggest improvements
