A.         POSITION SUMMARY:

With the need service support coordinate and operate the import and export through the Vietnam border and port. Such as customs formalities, shipbuilding officers, customer service officers, shipping officers and production coordinator staff.

B.         DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

For internal and external customer:
Loadout

• Operation Meeting – Safety moment, Drilling plan, Vessel movement, Loadout, Backload, Cargo status, Customs clearance etc.
• Request and review Material Request for Rig approval
• Inform vessel schedule
• Submitted the lifting certificate to the client
• Submitted cargo package in the external customer system or other
• Submitted export entry to the client and vessel agent
• Coordinate with logistics team for CIPL
• Coordinate with Bafco for customs clearance
• Coordinate with PL for loading date/time
• Coordinate with customs officer for cargo check
• Coordinate with Port officer for export entry
• Coordinate with client for cargo loading
• CCU and cargo check before loadout
• Support loading until finished and update to the client
• Support DT or document sign by the client

Backload

• Draft CIPL for backload
• Send backload manifest and BL to logistics, PL, Customs Agent
• Cargo check and confirm BL to vessel agent
• Complete CIPL and BL for customs process
• Coordinate with PL and logistic for cargo movement
• Coordinate with agent for customs clearance
• Coordinate with customs officer for cargo check
• Coordinate with Port officer to release the truck
• Book transport and move cargo to other place as our client instruction
• Support cargo movement

OTHER

• Cargo movement (receive, dispatch, check) IN-OUT at Bonded warehouse
• Inventory update to cross check with Free Zone

C       REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
 

• Being knowledgeable of “Import of petroleum experts, specialists, and equipment, materials, and supplies under Vietnam investor promotion program
• A person who has knowledge and understanding of customs procedures for importing and exporting via Ranong port
• The service provider being knowledge about the process of loading and unloading goods at the port and free zone in Ranong
• Must have the ability to coordinate with both internal and external departments and government agencies to achieve the objectives of the work
• Able to use computers effectively such as Microsoft Office and other ready-made programs
• Able to communicate in English at an intermediate level

D.      REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
     

• Minimum 3-5 years operational experience plus 3-5 years coordinator experience. Thorough knowledge of functional area under supervision

E.     QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIAL TRAINING:
 

• Minimum 3-5 years operational experience plus 3-5 years coordinator experience 
• Logistic or other related Equivalent
• Knowledge of oilfield service equipment and business 
• Good communication skills both written and verbal 
• Ability to use diplomatic skills in dealing with company and outside customer personnel 
• Should be able to work closely with internal and external customers
