This Position reports to:
Production Manager

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Warehouse Supervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing operational needs in a distribution and logistics environment that promotes a participative management approach.

This role contributes to ABB Canada's Electrification, Installation Products division and is based in Bromont.

The position is 100% on-site and operates on the evening shift (3:30 PM - 11:30 PM).

Responsibilities:

• Supervise department employees (25 to 30 people)
• Conduct health and safety audits and inspections
• Investigate and analyze workplace accidents
• Follow up on corrective actions
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and monitor implementation to achieve health & safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity objectives
• Maintain regular communication with team members
• Lead the development process of team members, including both macro and micro training processes
• Participate in the development and implementation of annual strategic plans with the management team

Requirements:

• College diploma (DEC) or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• French required
• Strong communication, leadership, and team mobilization skills
• Ability to plan and manage priorities effectively
• Ability to develop team members' skills
• Results-oriented
