You will start at our logistics center in Wohlen (2-3 days/week) to learn processes, culture, and team, while contributing from day one to the new site project in Neuenburg. With training and support from experienced colleagues, you will prepare for your future role. During the ramp-up phase, you will act as a hands-on all-rounder, solving operational issues both on-site and on the shop floor.

What you will bring

At least 3 years of professional experience in process development or project management

industrial or logistics environment; experience with automated systems is an advantage

Completed degree (university / university of applied science / higher technical college)

Process Management, or a related field, such as Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
