We're Hiring: Warehouse Responsible

Location: Pemba, Mozambique

NOV is looking for a highly organized and driven Warehouse Responsible to lead and optimize our warehousing operations in Pemba. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about efficiency, accuracy, and team leadership-this could be your next move.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll take ownership of daily warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods
• Supervise goods-in/goods-out and order picking to ensure accuracy and minimal stock damage
• Maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts and system alignment
• Implement and improve warehouse processes, driving continuous improvement
• Ensure on-time delivery to customers and monitor dispatch performance
• Maintain high standards of safety, security, and 5S housekeeping
• Track inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock
• Lead, motivate, and build a high-performing, accountable team

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Technical, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse or industrial environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse systems
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to lead and motivate others
