Master Data Governance Analyst

Overview
We are seeking a Master Data Governance (MDG) Analyst to support accurate and reliable management of Material Master (MM) data within SAP. The role ensures integrity of material information to support stocking programs, non-stock material purchases, and operational KPIs, contributing to overall departmental and corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Master Data Governance (MDG) process and contribute to annual objectives, KPIs, and metrics
• Analyse and maintain accuracy of Material Master (MM) data to ensure system integrity for stock and non-stock materials
• Ensure MM data supports Material Replenishment Planning (MRP), aligning Purchase Requisitions (PR) with Purchase Orders and supplier specifications
• Assist in planning for inventory growth for future projects or expansions, supporting MM creation for Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL)
• Maintain Material Master technical specifications in line with vendor data to enable efficient procurement
• Sustain Material Master data within SAP to avoid duplication, ensure field accuracy, and align with equipment strategies and preservation requirements
• Perform MDG/MM creation procedures, monitor their effectiveness, and identify process bottlenecks to improve service levels and customer satisfaction

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices, process improvement methodologies, and SAP
• Experience in inventory management, supply chain processes, and warehouse operations
• Ability to apply a controls mindset and support change management initiatives
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management analytics
• High standard of written and spoken English
