Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Location: Houston, TX (16211 Air Center Blvd)

Position Type: Hourly

Position Summary

NOV is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support daily warehouse and logistics operations. Responsible for handling shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring materials are processed, stored, and documented properly. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and able to work independently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load/unload shipments using forklift
• Receive, inspect, and store materials
• Prepare, crate, and package shipments
• Schedule carriers and coordinate outbound shipments
• Maintain records in JD Edwards (JDE)
• Manage shipping/receiving documentation
• Assist with inventory tracking
• Perform daily equipment inspections
• Maintain clean and safe work environment
• Follow all NOV HSE policies

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Warehouse/shipping experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred
• JDE experience a plus

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
