Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehouse operations, manage a team of employees who receive, handle, store, and dispatch products, systems, and services to customers. Each day, you will establish or adjust work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks.

This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Apodaca, Nuevo Leon.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
• Checking the quality of incoming goods for storage.
• Ensuring daily contact with suppliers.
• Participating in regular inventory control processes.

Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)

• B achelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, industrial, or related engineering field.
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles as a warehouse specialist.
• Experience with inventory records, structuring, and tracking.
• Experience in indirect costs administration.
• Advanced experience with SAP, Excel & Power BI.
• Experience with receiving, shipping processes, and supplying production lines.
• Knowledge of inventory control.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ people.
• Basic English level.
