We are currently seeking a proactive, analytical, and hands-on individual to join our team as a Logistics Project Manager. We are seeking someone with a strong logistics mindset, passion for digital and e-commerce, and the ability to manage projects end-to-end, driving improvements across processes, performance, and customer experience in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

In this role, you will take ownership of logistics projects and flows, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficiency, scalability, and excellence in execution.

What you'll do:

• Manage the complete logistics flow (new carrier and functionalities setup, logistics analysis on cost and performance, warehouse best practices introduction)
• Work with internal teams (Tech, Administration, Customer Service, Back Office, Store Management) and third parties to hit the target in terms of quality, costs and speed of execution
• Be responsible for the customers experience, providing world class proactive support and resolving every logistics issue that comes your way!

What we're looking for:

• Academic background in Engineering, Economics, Management or similar fields
• Experience in logistics (shipping, warehousing) and exposure to carrier negotiation
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving and results-driven mindset
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
• Positive attitude and team spirit
