The purpose is to deliver the materials received from suppliers, send the materials in the warehouse to production and preserve the overall warehouse order
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation and improvement of the 5S cleanliness and tidiness system in his/her areas of responsibility,
- Responsible to go to the company infirmary immediately after suffering an occupational accident and to immediately submit all judicial reports received thereafter to the company infirmary,
- Responsible to notify his/her direct manager about near-miss incidents, all accidents (including accidents causing financial losses) and nonconformances in the factory
- Responsible to assure the Integrated Management System terms, to work in compliance with the procedures defined in the system, to contribute to the risk analysis and environmental aspect works of the process, to accurately provide information about the policy, process activities and their objectives during internal and external audits, to not endanger the health and safety of themselves and of other employees impacted by their acts or actions in accordance with the training they received on occupational health and safety and the instructions of the employer in this respect.
- Checks the quantities of all semi-finished product, finished products and consumables by comparing with the dispatch note or the invoice and makes their entrances by completing the goods acceptance forms.
- Delivers such outgoing materials to production by creating kits in accordance with the Storehouse exit forms, move orders and work order requests received from departments and files the forms by performing their transfers through the system.
- Conducts the daily cleaning of the warehouse and indoor and outdoor sections used as warehouse.
- Notifies the Warehouse Team Leader about the materials in the stock list that approach minimum level,
- Ensures storage of incoming raw materials and chemicals in suitable air-conditioned environments.
- Implements the corrective and preventive actions concerning the activities for which he/she is responsible and takes preventive measures where necessary before the nonconformance arises
Qualifications
- Engineering / Master's degree or any equivalent educational qualification.
- 10+ years of experience as a supervisor or team leader in warehouse operations.
- Extensive experience with SAP, particularly in the MM module.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Competencies
- Strong analytical skills and extensive experience in end-to-end warehouse operations.
- Proven leadership abilities and stakeholder management expertise.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and meet evolving requirements.
- Excellent verbal, written communication, and documentation skills.
- Experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) analysis.
- High attention to detail with a solution-oriented approach.
- Proactive and self-driven, with a good sense of humor.
- Strong logical reasoning, numerical, technical, and IT skills.
