Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

Essential Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and delivery of goods and materials to internal and external customers.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods in accordance with company procedures and quality requirements.
• Pick, label, and prepare materials based on picking lists and work instructions.
• Pack and prepare shipments for delivery or collection according to agreed schedules.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate inventory records within warehouse management systems.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory transactions and material flow.
• Organize and maintain an efficient warehouse layout that supports safe handling and optimal material flow.
• Perform loading and unloading operations using a forklift.
• Work closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, Supply Chain Manager, and other departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize warehouse processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Qualifications

• Education in Warehousing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2-5 years of warehouse experience, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Relevant education and strong academic performance may compensate for shorter work experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material flow.
• Good knowledge of warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
• Valid driver's licence (Class B).
• Forklift certification (T1-T4); T8 certification is considered an advantage.
• Fluent Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience working in ERP or warehouse management systems.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience from the oil and gas industry.
• Experience supporting warehouse process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
