Position Summary
The Corporate Manager of Engineering and Maintenance oversees engineering and maintenance operations across multiple sites. This role ensures effective project execution, equipment reliability, and continuous improvement while leading a high-performing team to support operational efficiency and strategic business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engineering projects, including installations, upgrades, and process improvements, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion.
- Develop and execute maintenance strategies to maximize reliability and equipment lifespan.
- Manage and mentor engineering and maintenance teams, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Oversee budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and safety.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry codes, and operational standards.
- Implement an asset management program covering PM schedules, inspections, and inventory.
- Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in maintenance and engineering practices.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement of quality services and materials.
- Collaborate with production, quality, and supply chain teams to align operations with company goals.
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and best practices to introduce innovative solutions.
Qualifications

- Strong leadership with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Deep knowledge of engineering principles and maintenance strategies, including RCM.
- Proven project management skills from concept through execution.
- Proficient in CMMS and data-driven maintenance planning.
- Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Budgeting and cost control expertise.
- Thorough understanding of safety and regulatory compliance.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related); Master’s or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5 years in engineering and maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

- Salary: $115,000–$130,000/year DOE
