Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Policy Development
- Develop and implement information management policies and standards aligned with business objectives.
- Drive digital transformation and best practices in data governance, document control, and CMMS database management.
- Define key performance metrics to monitor effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Lead and mentor a team of 80+ information management professionals, ensuring high performance and career growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across engineering, IT, and operations to align data strategies with business needs.
- Provide training and support to staff on information management principles, tools, and best practices.
Project & Operational Oversight
- Oversee information management activities across multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely execution within scope and budget.
- Support proposal and bid activities, ensuring accurate and timely data submissions.
- Plan and allocate resources for corporate and project-based roles, balancing demand and professional development.
Technology & Compliance
- Oversee the selection, development, and maintenance of information management systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices for data integrity and security.
- Identify and address complex information management challenges using analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ideal Candidate Profile
✅ Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in data management, document control, and digital systems administration.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale information management functions.
✅ Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of data governance, CMMS database structures, and engineering design systems.
- Experience implementing document control and enterprise data management solutions.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards in energy and engineering sectors.
